Check out self-administration training
If you have already been trained by a healthcare professional to self-administer CINRYZE, you can download self-administration instructions. Talk to your doctor if you think you'd like to be trained in self-administration.
For a dose of 500 International Units (IU), one 500 International Unit vial must be prepared. For a dose of 1,000 International Units, two 500 IU vials must be prepared. The Mix2Vial transfer device is specifically designed to help make this process easier.
Your healthcare provider may decide that you require higher doses of CINRYZE. You should always follow the specific instructions given by your healthcare provider.
CINRYZE should be prepared and administered at room temperature.
